At the centre of the installation stands a pyramidal construction composed of transistor televisions, each transmitting signal interference and generating a chaotic collage of visual noise and static. These interferences represent the messages we are constantly bombarded with through the media, creating an overwhelming and disorienting experience. At the top of the pyramid, a video stands out in which the artist paints his body completely black, a symbolic act that represents the negation of imposed or self-imposed images and content. The main video is a call to action. The artist invites viewers to turn off their televisions and take control of their own viewing experience. The question is posed: What role does the viewer play in the creation and consumption of images and how can we use our power to stop or filter what surrounds us?
